FIRST. THE HISTORY OF HERMETIC WISDOM: The concept we now know as Hermetic Principles, Laws and Axioms can be traced to the wisdom of an Egyptian sage named Thoth, who was revered and studied from at least 3000BCE. From there, parts of this philosophy were integrated into the major religions as well as philosophical teachings and even science! There are 7 Hermetic Principles as well as laws and axioms associated with each one. Throughout history, when Hermetic wisdom has enjoyed a resurgence, cultures thrived. It is said that it inspired the Renaissance and was responsible for the scientific advancements of the Arab culture which spanned two hundred years.
FAMOUS HERMETIC STUDENTS: Famous students of Hermetic wisdom have emerged from a variety of fields and disciplines to become notables whose works we still know and celebrate. Leonardo Da Vinci, Botticelli, Plato, Copernicus, Roger Bacon, Isaac Newton, Sir Walter Raleigh, Mary Shelley, John Dee, Victor Hugo, Paracelsus, Einstein, Nicola Tesla and Shakespeare are just a few of these.
EXAMPLE: Remember Newton's Third Law "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction?" This is part of the 5th Hermetic Principle of Rhythm and it not only applies to science but also to the actions of societies and individuals and even thoughts.

This process evolved over years of deep study and integration along with added tools to support understanding and embodiment. Our coaches are on a path of evolving with this program.
